Project Terms

Scope of Work

All services will be outlined as listed on the approved quote. Any requested changes or additions to the scope of work may incur additional labor and material costs.

 

Payment Terms

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and order custom materials.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon receipt of invoice at the conclusion of the job

 

Payment Type

  • Cash, check, card, or ACH is accepted

 

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.  

 

Site Preparation & Access

  • The client is responsible for clearing the workspace of all personal items, debris, and vehicles prior to the arrival of the installation team. To ensure project continuity and protect materials from weather variants, we require access to a garage or a similarly covered area for the duration of the installation. Firehouse Partners is not responsible for moving personal property unless specifically outlined in the Scope of Work.

  • Installations may be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the project date. Any rescheduling requested within the 48-hour window, or instances where the workspace is not prepared for installation upon our arrival, will result in a $350 fee.

 

Warranty & Liability

Workmanship

-We provide a lifetime materials warranty for as long as you own the home.
 

Photography and Marketing

  • Firehouse Partners reserves the right to take 'before' and 'after' photographs of the installation area for internal records and marketing purposes (such as social media and website portfolios) unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to installation.

 

Utility Disclaimer

  • Client is responsible for identifying and marking any hidden utility lines, pipes, or electrical wires within the installation walls. Firehouse Partners is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.

 

Subfloor/Wall Warranty Exclusion

  • The material warranty does not cover damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, such as moisture vapor transmission through concrete garage floors or shifting foundations.
