This Website is intended to provide information about our services and allow users to request consultations or contact us.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Scope of Services
All services provided by Firehouse Closets are defined in a written proposal or approved quote.

We design and install custom storage solutions based on the details agreed upon before work begins.
AI-Enhanced Visualizations & Renderings
Firehouse Partners Inc. utilizes artificial intelligence and digital editing tools to enhance project renderings and portfolio photography. These enhancements include, but are not limited to, virtual staging of personal items, lighting adjustments, and the removal of site clutter. While these images represent the intended design and scale, they are for illustrative purposes only. Actual results will have variations in color, texture, and environmental lighting. The approved written Scope of Work and physical material samples always supersede digital visualizations.
Copyright of Designs
All custom closet, pantry, and garage designs, including CAD renderings provided during the consultation phase, remain the intellectual property of Firehouse Partners Inc. and may not be used for competitive bidding or reproduction without written consent.
Payment Terms
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and initiate the ordering of custom materials.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion and receipt of invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, and ACH.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or withholding of final project completion.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
If a project is canceled prior to material ordering, refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion based on work already completed.
Site Preparation & Access
The client is responsible for preparing the workspace prior to installation, including:

removing personal belongings
-
clearing debris and obstacles
-
ensuring safe and accessible working conditions
Access to a garage or covered area may be required during installation to protect materials and maintain workflow.
Firehouse Closets is not responsible for moving personal property unless specifically outlined in the approved scope of work.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Installation dates may be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
Rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to have the workspace prepared, may result in a $350 rescheduling fee.
Installation & Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

weather conditions

site conditions
-
scheduling changes
We make every effort to complete projects efficiently and communicate any changes clearly.
Warranty & Workmanship
We provide a limited warranty on materials and workmanship for as long as you own your home.
This warranty covers defects in materials and installation under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

normal wear and tear
-
modifications made by third parties after installation
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing for review.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firehouse Partners Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers to support our operations, including:

These providers are required to handle data responsibly and only for intended purposes.
