Working around tricky architectural quirks and unexpected site conditions is where a true turnkey process shines. For this master closet, our team started with a complete teardown and haul-away of the original builder-grade system, followed by patching and restoring the drywall to a smooth, clean finish, topped off with a fresh coat of paint before building out the new design.

When the old floor-mounted units were removed, they revealed an exposed carpet gap where the flooring had originally been laid around the old structure, which is a common surprise that we handled seamlessly by repairing the carpet in that area prior to the build. From there, we designed around every specific priority on the client's wish list: a massive tower of adjustable shelving for an extensive shoe collection, extra-deep lower drawers for bulkier storage, and a center console thoughtfully scaled beneath the transom window to keep natural light pouring in.

We even engineered the opposite hanging wall to frame and maintain effortless access to two utility wall panels. Finished in a warm modern dove gray with brushed gold and pulls, the result is a functional, boutique-style dressing room where every layout obstacle was completely solved.
